Beautiful fit and flare that was worn once and cleaned. The body of the dress has not been altered. The hem has been shortened but in a way that nothing has been cut off so it can be let back down to original length. The bustle is what I call a hidden bustle ( done by me ) that can be adjusted to accommodate a taller bride.
